Cancellation Policy

Greatdealworld.com believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
• There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
• No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Greatdealworld.com marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
• If your order you buy is already confirm from the phone Confirmation team, then it will not cancel.
• If the product is already dispatched on the address and Courier tracking number given to the customer then that product does not cancel.

Refund & Return Policy

Listed here are the conditions under which we would be able to do a return/exchange:

• You can ask for replacement of product/s in case of any defect found in the product and the same product/s will be shipped to you as a replacement for the defective product/s.
• Replacement can be for the entire product/s or part/s of the product subject to availability of the same with Greatdealwordl.com and notification of the same within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• Replacement is offered for the product/s sold by Greatdealwordl.com ONLY.
• Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product like Company Seal Pack at the time of delivery;
• All the dvds, cds, blurays and other products which sell on greatdealworld.com are 100% genuine and company pack, so if the product is damage in the courier then you have to send us return on our address and we will send you other one.
If product is found that it’s damage by buyer then he is only responsible for same and we will not give him/her any refund for same.
• Greatdealworld.com is selling 100% original Company Pack product. So if customer is not satisfied with the product then they have to return this with original company seal pack or in sellable condition. If the product is found used then buyer cannot get any refund.
